Even Larsen, CEO

Even Larsen has been with Fred. Olsen related companies since 2013.

In June 2018, he joined Fred. Olsen Ocean as CEO focusing on building the position of the related companies in renewable energy.

Prior to this CEO of Fred. Olsen Windcarrier since 2016, and as Head of Commercial and Projects before working on innovation and product development.

Even is qualified as a Naval Architect and holds a Master’s degree in Marine Hydrodynamics.

Tom Johan Austrheim, CFO

In June 2016, Tom Johan Austrheim joined Fred. Olsen Ocean as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining the team, Tom held similar positions at Kristian Gerhard Jebsen Skipsrederi and Rieber shipping. Tom holds a BA (Hons) in Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh underpinned and supported by a range of maritime law (UiO) and IFRS courses.

Sofie Olsen Jebsen, Vice President

In January 2016, Sofie Jebsen joined the Fred. Olsen Ocean team as Vice President of Strategy and Business Development. Sofie previously worked in the finance department of Fred. Olsen & Co. where she held the position of project manager. Before working within the Fred. Olsen related companies, Sofie worked as a senior consultant for Deloitte Consulting in Oslo. Sofie holds a BSc from the Norwegian School of Business and Administration (NHH) in Bergen and an MSc in Management from the London School of Economics (LSE).

Ketil Arvesen, Vice President

Ketil Arvesen joined Fred. Olsen Ocean in 2006 with responsibilities directed toward Mergers & Acquisitions, Sale & Purchase and general investment strategies for the related companies. Prior to his engagement with Fred. Olsen Ocean, Ketil had over 15 years of experience from investment banking in various position, among them as Head of Equities for Nordea and Director Corporate Finance ABN Amro Bank. His professional skills has always been towards offshore and maritime industries, including cruise with his first professional 12 years employed with Klosters Rederi/Norwegian Cruise Line/VARD. Ketil is a graduate from the Norwegian School of Business and Administration (NHH) in Bergen.
